**Q: Reversible door**
A: Yes the door is reversible, very easy to do comes with full instruction on how to reverse.

**Q: So this is an a+ energy rated fridge but uses more kwh's than some f rated fridges? that doesn't make sense to me**
A: This is because the rating system changed February/March this year (2021). The old A+ is now F and the old A++ is now E. They have removed the ++++++ from the rating system to better fill the energy banding on new appliances.

**Q: what is the guarantee**
A: 12 month

**Q: Is this fridge gloss or satin finish**
A: This appliance is between gloss and satin to be honest. The finish looks high quality.
