**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: In the order: chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier), bourbon vanilla beans.  It also says:" May contain milk and tree nuts". I hope my answer helped you :)

**Q: Is this sold during the summer?  How does it arrive so its not melted?**
A: Good question but that should be a question for Amazon.  I usually don't order chocolate in the summer because it's hot in summer in Sacramento and if your order get delivered at the end of day, chocolate most likely be melted.

**Q: What is the percentage of cocoa in the dark chocolate with sea salt?**
A: It doesn't say on the wrapper. It's a very dark chocolate but not very sweet. Highly recommend this product.

**Q: How many per bag?**
A: I am pretty sure it says BOX not bag, and I buy 12 at a time.
