These are some serious Yoga blocks. I ordered these because we are powerlifters and we lift heavy which causes sore achy muscles. In fact our back, arms and legs are frequently stressed. I hope these will help us with our stretches and give our muscles added strength and agility as a side effect. Neither of us are able to reach without muscle tension but hope that will change with continued use. Time will tell.The blocks are a cool neon green color, which is beneficial to have happy colors when you work out. These are sold by Gravity Fitness LLC and are dense and well made. My measurement is a rough estimate of 4x6x9 inches; check the manufacture for exact measurements. This review is first impression only and I will update it after use.
