Curcumin is nothing to mess with if you are going to exceed 600 mg. per day. To do 1,800 per day is overdosing in my medical opinion; Start out with 1 capsule in the morning for 2 weeks; then, if you are ok, do 2 capsules morning and evening meals for 2 weeks, if you are ok with that, stay at that doseage.
