It can stain. **Q: What is the nutritional content?** A: The same as any tea. Sort of…there isn’t any? There are no “caloric” contents to this unless you add honey or sugar or milk, just like any kind of tea. **Q: How much does one bag make?** A: Approximately 20 cups depending on how strong you like it and which method of brewing you use.
