I died my hair jet black, and the Affordable Testing rep Austin insured me that my results would not be affected. When found, conflicting results. I would give zero if I could. I received my results promptly- basically as described only I did not receive the complete report. Only one section—food intolerance. I contacted them requesting the rest. They sent the complete report and apologized for delay. There were no new samples needed. Problem: the “new” complete report included a new Food Intolerance report that was different from the first—significantly different. Again, using the same samples. Nothing new was sent and this was only days apart, within the same week. I contacted them again. They again apologized for the mistake and sent a third report. IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM BOTH OF THE PREVIOUS ONES. I contacted them again asking for a refund as this is obviously unreliable results. They refused and only assured me that my last report was the correct one.
