Upon receiving your shipment, open your package and register your Theradome LH80 PRO. 2. Begin charging. Charge for 2-3 hours prior to use. The master switch will flash green when it's fully charged. 3. Remove the charging cable. 4. Press the easy-to-use one-touch master switch. 5. Rest the helmet comfortably on your head. 6. To check your remaining time, press the master switch to hear a voice readout. 7. The Voice Guidance will inform you once the session is complete. 8. Review: Quality Product. Realistic Expectations... Consistant use has brought great results. - March 2018: Arrived on time, comes with sturdy carry case. Unit is well made. Easy to use, just charge the Li-ion battery and press the button to start. It talks to you, but it's not annoying, 'Ready for treatment, place on head', ...'Five minutes remaining', ...'Treatment No. 2 completed.' If you take it off your head during treatment the lights go out. With it back on the head the lights come back on, and she says, “Treatment resumed.” It shuts off after 20 minutes. Overall very good design. No discomfort. My wife is using it also. I plan to start with one treatment per day, five times a week, M to F. If any negative results, will reduce to three treatments a week, M-W-F. The instructions say to use it at least twice a week, and allow a full 24 hours between treatments. I expect to see some improvement in existing hair strength after two months, 50 treatments. I expect to see new hair re-growth after 12 months, 260 treatments. I am 58 years old, and get my hair cut about once every ten weeks,... so not much happening up there in one month. April 2018: I plan to update this review each month with progress, if any. May 2018 update: It's working. Using six days a week. After 42 treatments I see stronger hair, the wavyness is coming back, and small new hairs coming in. I have a small red birth mark on my upper forehead, my hair line was well above this mark,, now I see fine hair next to and in front of it again,... the birth mark is not moving up my head! The battery charger finally quit. Everything is still working, but the helmet can’t charge the battery. Theradome sent me a replacement battery and power adapter for free; when that didn’t fix it they offered me a replacement helmet at a 25% discount and free extended warranty. Determined to make it work, I dug the little circuit board out of the end of the battery, bought a battery holder, battery charger, and several new 18650 rechargeable batteries from Batteries Plus. I twisted the wires together, plugged it back in, stuck the battery holder to the helmet with double-stick tape,… “Ready for Treatment, Place on Head.” It’s not pretty, but it works. About once a week, I need to pull out the battery and swap it with the one in the charger. The reason there are three wires for the battery is the over-temperature alarm; when you hear the helmet say, “Error, Temperature High,” I believe she’s referring to the battery. Some cheap Chinese batteries don’t have over-temperature protection, even though there are three wires, the battery is telling the helmet everything is Ok even when it’s getting close to thermal run-away. Always buy Theradome replacement batteries. You could save $20 on a cheap battery, but your helmet could catch fire. Lithium-Ion batteries can be very dangerous. For my external battery setup, the charger on my nightstand has over-temperature protection built in.

**Q: can we use me and my friend one theradome?**
A: Yes, you and your friend can share the Theradome. I was told by the representative that the product has 6,000 hours, therefore, that should be plenty for two people. If you share the cost it would be a good savings for both of you. Good Luck

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: The Theradome LH80 PRO is designed and made in the USA.

**Q: Are the lasers positioned differently in the evo and pro models?  I need a hair helmet that is sufficient for the crown and upper areas of my head.**
A: Thank you for your question, no the PRO and EVO have the exact laser placement, the difference is that the PRO which has 80 lasers has more lasers throughout the Theradome device.  The EVO has 40 lasers but the 40 lasers are designed and positioned to be in the most problematic areas of the scalp for both men and women which is the area designed as Male and Female Pattern Baldness (MPB and FPB).  We made sure that those areas have the optimal amounts of lasers in order for both devices to be highly effective.  Since the EVO requires 4 treatments (20 minutes) per week versus the PRO which requires 2 treatments (20 minutes) per week, they essentially get the exact same dosage - in a given week.  Please note that the Theradome devices delivers the highest dosage of any LLLT device due to the proprietary lasers used.  Every other competitor uses the same lasers for laser pointers used for presentations and light shows.  These are not optimized for hair loss and growth.  Therefore, either model, the EVO or PRO will work for your crown and upper areas of your scalp/head.  It all comes down to your budget and how many times you would like to use per week (2x vs. 4x per week).  Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any further questions.
