When charging the product, please use a 5V 1A charger for charging, otherwise it will damage the electronic circuit of the product. It is recommended to use the computer USB port to charge the product. The bottom of the mouse has 3 areas with 3 black foot pads, the foot pads above a transparent protective protector, please tear it off before use. If your keyboard only has a USB-C port, plug the black USB-C adapter into the orange USB- A acceptance and then plug it into your device very snugly. Use Manual 1. Review: Only worked for 3 week and terrble support - I bought Meetion Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard and Mouse from your desertcart store on 21 December 2024. Sadly, less than a month later, the mouse and keyboard wouldn't charge at all. I tried connecting to different ports and power supplies, but it wouldn't charge. Now, I am stuck with a keyboard and mouse set that I can't use. The mouse and keyboard don't charge, so they become a one-time-use of them, which is very expensive: AED 200+. I tried to contact the seller before leaving a comment through their e-mail, but I was disrespectfully ignored. In concept, it's an excellent keyboard and mouse if you want to pay for something that works only for three weeks.
