A: Yes it does have a little scrunch. I actually have the black ones on right now & I wasn’t blessed with a butt but these make me look like I got a little something. I love these leggings by far the best pair I have ever bought so far !

These are lovely! Just wish I’d ordered a small as the medium are a little big on the waist. I’m 5ft 4 size 10-12 and the length is perfect, no bunching around the ankles. The material and fit is great but if you want holding in more I’d suggest sizing down
