I was afraid it would look cheap but the colors of the opals are beautiful (I got white). The 8mm was too small but the 10mm fit. I will say that it sticks out too much for my liking. It closes easily but was very hard for me to open back up to take out (hint: use tweezers!). Overall, while I bought these for my nose, I’m going to ultimately use them for either my helix or tragus.
