But I don't have a place to store it. And I need furniture in my yard. So I am going to make the furniture that I want out of bags of soil, cover the bags with this cover, and call it good! Has straps and a rope to gather and tighten at the bottom. The rope isn't fused or tied at the ends. Seems like that is a flaw - because the rope will fray AND there is nothing from keeping the rope from sliding out through the drawstring tightener. Very odd.
