My husband dug a trench and transferred them into 1 gal nursery grow bags, then set them in felt pots and put in a trench and strawed for winter. These little trees are healthy and strong. I just want to show how robust these have been. The Seller was very responsive. I will continue to buy from them. Review: all but 4 died and the 4 that lived have not grown as stated. - I live in NE Arkansas. Of the first set of 60 trees I ordered, 47 died the second year after planting. They did not grow in height any the first year and the second year they turned orange and then all that was left was a stick in the ground. And the ones that were left still after 2 years have not grown. It's like they are dwarfed. They have at least stayed green for the most part. So I had huge gaps in my trees everywhere and ordered another round of 60 trees. Over half of them turned orange and died and the 30 or so that are left have finally, after almost 2 years, started to grow. I ordered 10 more after that to fill in the most obvious gaps and those have done fairly well. A lot better than the first 120 trees. I would advise against purchasing these trees .
