I can never open it straight out of the freezer so I’ll sit it out for 5-10 minutes or run it under some warm water. It’s super easy to refill. Easy to hold and the cold doesn’t affect your fingers while holding. I use mine during my skincare and keep the other one in our garage fridge so my partner can use it to cool off on hot days. I would consider this to be slightly more messy but significantly more effective than the stainless steel rollers that don’t carry the cold.
