Took a week to deliver and I swear, the way they were boxed was not what I expected, not a square box, but one the exact shape of the chair and not heavy duty cardboard so several areas were broken open, but the chair was in a cloth bag that protected it. They both came in good condition. The good parts: Love, Love Love the color. My screen made it look a little blue, there is no blue in it, it's gray. Very pretty, love the design and texture. The drawback: This chair has a very long seat, and it sits stiff. I like stiff chairs so that is fine, but I need to get a pillow which will help the long seat as well as help with the fact that it has no lower lumbar support. If you slouch in a chair it is perfect for you, but I tend to sit up straight. When I put up my feet on an ottoman, it was very comfy. It is a great value for the money but it is not comfortable for me. Maybe a pillow will help.
