I opened my first tube tonight and I swear I see micro-glitter in the paste.** A: I bought this tooth paste because I had lost my ability to taste any more and my gums were swollen. It was suspected that I had an allergy to a component it my other tooth paste. After two weeks of using this tooth paste, my taste is back and no more swollen lips. I don’t know about glitter but I do know it has worked really well for me. **Q: Does this product contain stannous flouride?** A: No. It has sodium fluoride, .25% **Q: Does this have the whitening ingredients that could cause more sensitivity?** A: I have very sensitive teeth and gums and have been using this for a couple of years now with no issue. It has helped a lot with tooth sensitivity, and better ingredients also helps reduce any residual buildup on the lips that other toothpastes cause. It doesn't really have a strong flavor or taste, so it also does not keep your mouth minty fresh. This toothpaste is a little more pricey than other Sensodyne toothpastes, unfortunately, and more pricey than some other toothpastes in general.
