However I have a milk sensitivity and this chocolate causes me to break out, and it shouldn’t. If you have a problem with milk, beware. **Q: What Is The Sugar Content?** A: According to the back of the package, the 90% has 3 g of sugar. I hope that helps. **Q: does it have sugar?** A: Some, but very little. Ingredients are: Chocolate, coco butter, coco powder processed with alkali, sugar, bourbon vanilla beans. Remember these bars are 90% coco. They have a VERY bitter taste. Not like "normal" chocolate or even bitter-sweat chocolate. I'm on my 6th or seventh order now of 12 bars per box.
