Review: Perfect for Us - My husband and I found this to be a very good lead. Just the right length, with the bonus of having a soft, spongey handle which, for my husband, who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis in his hands, was such a relief for him. No more rope burns or sore hands from gripping hard rope, or even ordinary dog leads. Cannot comment on durability yet. We would recommend regardless of this though.
Review: Product great, courier service not so much - Leashes are great! Exactly what I had expected!! Dragonfly delivery on the other hand were not. Just after lunch (12:30ish) received an email saying “attempted to deliver but door was not answered” it’s a business, door was open.. Open for business until 5:pm.. customers were coming and going. I emailed back saying the delivery best be here before 5 PM because door IS open and my order stated it would arrive Saturday and was out for delivery at 10:am. Needless to say 2 hours later, a man walked in didn’t even ask for the name on the package just gave it to one of the other sales associates. Was not impressed with the courier service.

My husband and I found this to be a very good lead. Just the right length, with the bonus of having a soft, spongey handle which, for my husband, who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis in his hands, was such a relief for him. No more rope burns or sore hands from gripping hard rope, or even ordinary dog leads. Cannot comment on durability yet. We would recommend regardless of this though.
