Review: The charger provided with the item is not EU compatible. When I use some other charger that I have, UV light and fan works but couldn’t catch a single mosquito in a dark room with more than 10 mosquitoes for several days.
Review: This works perfectly, it actually helped us get rid of our fruit fly problem in our kitchen. When I opened the device after 1 week, I knew where all the fruit flies disappeared to hehe.

**Q: fan seems to be disconnected.  should this be one solid piece or is it broken?**

If the fan is disconnected, then you have received a broken unit. We recently had a small manufacturing error and defective units were accidentally sent to Amazon.

**Q: Where do I find replacement glue pads?**
A: I used one of the replacement glue pads as a template on basic yellow sticky traps. Two discs can be cut from one sheet, and has the advantage of being double sided. Seemed to work just as well. MUCH less expensive and more readily available than the Katchy glue boards.

Please understand that my problem was with fungus gnats. If you problem is with some other type of insect, your milage may vary.

**Q: How does this product work with no seeums?**
A: Works awesome for no seeums believe me you won’t regret buying one. I love mine. As a matter of fact I haven’t had one of them fly by my ear since my purchase. Had it about a year and a half.
