## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this xq-ct72 version work on us carrier t-mobile if i insert my t-mobile sim card? or do we need us software configuration to make it work?**
A: It should work on TMobile.
There is a HUGE difference between the at&t carrier and the TMobile. The only similarity with them is that they're both GSM carriers. That is where the similarities stop. And, the services rendered for the prices paid are so, beyond night and day that to even compare them at all is providing T-Mobile as a carrier a MAJOR disservice.

**Q: Is this actually running on Android 10?**
A: Already Android 12 out of the box when I bought it. Just waiting for the Android 13 update since it started rolling now in some countries.

**Q: Does the phone have Chinese language?**
A: Yes

**Q: Does it have microSD slot? if yes, what is max. support?**
A: Max SD storage expansion is 1 TB.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrived quicker than expected and in good quality!
*by on Reviewed in Australia December 13, 2023*

I used expedited shipping. The phone is as advertised although I will state they don't have the correct specs listed, the resolution IS 4k not the 1080p as stated, and the Android version is actually 13, not 9. Also the phone size is incorrect but thay must be including the box, as there is no charger inlcuded(due to Sony not including it, not the seller) but they were kind enough to include a travel adaptor as well! And the file size is around 500gb as stated thankfully! Works with Optus 100% because it's a GSM operator. I was a little worried about if the phone would be the correct one due to past reviews for the company but they delivered in the end.
