When I called customer service I got a machine. They didn't call me back the same day.I find it ironic that a part broke off this bike with a 5 year playing with it when their promotional video shows a 220 lb man jumping up and down on the bike to show how sturdy it is.Grips fall off pretty quickly and you need to cobble something together to make them stay on.Seat height adjustment is awkward and doesn't work smoothly.Brake is a nice feature but it's large in size and it's quite difficult for small hands of 3 years olds to use.Nice bearings in the wheels. Nice tires. Very, very lightweight. Kids like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quality bike, good size, great "real bike" feel, very satisfied *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2015* I got this for my 40" tall son for his 4th birthday. He already had a smaller, wooden balance bike before, but it was heavy and awkward to steer. This bike looks and feels more like a real bike. My son, having already developed a crude ability to occasionally balance on the heavy wooden bike, immediately took to this bike and was two feet up with it instantly. He really loved the appearance. He complained about the seat being uncomfortable at first, but when I purchased a Batman seat cover (with zero padding), suddenly it was more comfortable, so I'm thinking that was just a mental hang-up on his part. It is well built with quality parts. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow. I felt a pinch spending this much money on a balance bike, but now that my son is happily riding his around with both feet up a lot of the time, I'm glad I did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is very sturdy. My son *by J***I on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2015* We received this bike on time. There was scribble on the box, which concerned me. But, everything inside was sealed and seemed unused. It took me about 5 minutes to put together at 5 months pregnant. It is very sturdy. My son, who just turned 3 years old and wears 3T fits on it perfectly on the lowest position. The weight is a bit much for him to hold the bike himself to get on. Also, I wish the handlebars adjusted or the seat moved forwards and back in position. As he's riding he pulls himself off the seat onto the frame so he can hold the handlebars comfortably. Some padding on the bar would also be beneficial for any face bumps. These are all minor things that have to do more with his size than the actual bike. Except the padding part for the handlebar. My son enjoys the bike so far. Even with the weight being a slight issue for him doesn't bother him. He says the seat is comfy and he is able to use the brake without trouble. Every day he has progressed with the balance of the bike. I feel he will a pro once he grows into the distance between the seat and handlebar. I am very happy with my purchase compared to other bikes I see the other kids have.
