**Q: arch support**
A: This is to keep the cork on the sides of the shoe protected against water and dirt.  Not an arch support item.

A: Yes!!! Mine smelled terrible, and it also dissolved the brush. I ended up just throwing it away. I guess I should've contacted the website for a new one.

**Q: i bought this for cork but what have you successfully used to re-attach leather strap AND rubber sole to shoe? i**
A: Shoe Goo.  It's a miracle worker.  It will attach sole to cork, leather to cork, leather to leather.  The dried bond is flexible, which is why it works so well for shoes.

**Q: Used this on birks yesterday. dry but kind of tacky still. Will it harden like the old birkenstock sealer?**
A: yes give it time to dry it works like a gem!! great product
