**Q: does this tail light have external battery pack ?**
A: No, it comes with a charger for each of the two lights.  This is a great product and well made.  I had a tail light by another company and it was cheaply made and didn’t hold the charge.  I’m much happier with the Asher product.

**Q: Does this light act as a reflector when not on?**
A: No it doesn’t. I just road by bike this morning and the bright flasher mode is terrific

**Q: Do you make these in amber (yellow)?**
A: Not these. But they do have others that lights up in amber color your looking for.

**Q: Does it fit onto a rear rack with an 8 mm diameter?**
A: Should do, fits tightly around our Kayak Straps
