It's just okay. Not like the machines at the chiropractor or physical therapist that vibrate with rapid motion. This thing shakes my insides, so I had to stop using it for a while (due to surgery). If you don't balance yourself, the suction cups on the bottom will not help you to stay on the machine. Machine can easily tip if you don't stand correctly and in the center. With only 150lbs on the machine, standing a little too far back, the machine tips. I recommend this machine for folks who know what they're doing and already have a basic sense of balance. It may be effective to increase muscle strength while exercising. I would not recommend this machine for beginners or those who get motion sickness. The vibrations aren't rapid enough to move through the body without jolting the stomach a bit. If you're SITTING, the machine does relieve some leg muscle stress and restless leg syndrome issues.
