I wouldn’t recommend for heavy periods (I have normal periods btw heavy on day one and two then tapering off) but I used this on day 2 for about 7 hours and it leaked. I would say it’s decent for day 3+ periods to keep on all day and handy for not soiling your underwear and also feels fresher. It’s not bulky, doesn’t irritate the skin but for heavy periods you’ll have to either double up or get another brand that absorbs better.
