I found a YouTube video for use for golfers / tennis elbow. **Q: I have tennis elbow and have been using this for three days but the pain is getting worse..is this what normally happens before the elbow gets better?** A: You will feel some pain in the beginning, but itt does get better. Make sure you rest one day in between, and maybe do fewer reps until your arm gets a little more used to the exercise. I love mine, and I do believe it helped my elbow and arm get better faster. I will use it regularly to keep my arms stronger in an effort to reduce future arm strain. Keep up the work, and good luck. **Q: How do I know which weight bar to try?** A: I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery and have therefore chosen the weight my PT directed me to. I have also used this for elbow epicondylitis and that was also the red one. **Q: Is this bar "light" or "extra-Light"? I had used one in therapy after breaking my arm, hand, and wrist. After the surgery I was seeing a hand therapist that had me use this item. She suggested I get my own from Amazon so I could strengthen and release the tension in the muscles of my forearm. This one is exactly like the one we used. It's well made and gives me the right amount of tension.
