**Q: How long does this last before expiring?**
A: I ordered mine in February 2022 - the package that arrived has an expiration of July 2022. Wish it would last longer b/c I didn't need that full box for the length of my trip and the leftovers will expire before the next trip.

**Q: How exactly does this impact your gut biome?**
A: I am not a scientist - the key ingredient is colostrum, a key component in mother's milk that helps newborns fight off infections.
