This bread is delicious. We've made it vegan style 3 times in the bread maker twice without yeast and once with yeast and used flax eggs every time. This last time we subbed applesauce for oil and it still came out great. This is the same price or cheaper than buying a gf loaf at the grocery store and tastes much better. My husband who can eat gluten thinks it's delicious too.

I made the oven method and was a bit concerned as it has a thinner batter texture, but alas, I trusted it and sure enough it came out perfect! Great texture and taste.I also added a little extra warm water as suggested on the recipe for high altitude (CO).
