Very soft clothes even using the smallest square of this softener for full load. Really like the ease of placing it in the washer with the laundry soap. Have not experienced any residual on clothes. Will definitely continue using & recommend it ! The packaging could use improvement..have since placed the remaining in a plastic reusable tub.
