Review: Really good camera and super easy to install. - I bought this camera without expecting too much and honestly it surprised me. The setup was very easy and I connected it to my phone pretty fast. The video quality looks really clear during the day, and the night vision is actually pretty good too. One thing I really like is the battery life, and the solar panel helps a lot so I don’t have to keep charging it all the time. The 360 movement is also useful because it covers a bigger area than normal cameras. The motion alerts come quickly and so far it’s been working great outside in both rain and hot weather. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
Review: PTZ 2camera set with attached solar - Updated to five stars This device is able to add an additional solar panel to it, you use the same area at the base of the camera to attach the solar panel, photo below which you can request from Customer Service to be able to make sure you have enough sunlight on the solar panel to run the camera. The fact that this game has the ability to do this, makes it rise up to the standard that is expected for five stars. This is a very reliable company and the quality of the internal camera and lens is excellent. This two piece camera set comes well secured in the box at nicely packed. It is very easy to figure out and install quickly. The camera has iCloud features. You have a choice of two different apps to use with the cameras CloudEdge or Coouacam It uses an up to 128 GB SD card that is class 10 I highly recommend that you put an SD card in this camera while using, it is not included with the camera. This camera uses many choices on how you want to install it and connect to the app. It is best placed on the corner of the building. Please see my photos for ideas. The camera has quick connect clip that will release itself from the clip very quick and fast. It is agreed that it is nice to have the solar panel attached to the camera. However, in this case I found when placing up beside a tree, it was difficult because the panel was not adjustable. That is why this product is getting a four star. The angle of the solar panel hinders your mountability. This company puts out very good quality cameras with very good quality lenses excellent viewing and clear photos. The zoom feature and the ability to spin the camera are excellent things that this camera can achieve 360° turnability. All motion detection can be changed by the settings on the app, which is very user-friendly. This is an excellent value for the price paid. I put this camera up a couple weeks ago and I haven’t had any issues with the battery not being charged at 100% since then. Absolutely no issues with this camera at all the notifications are excellent and adjustable and you are able to talk to people from your app to the camera itself.

**Q: I want to buy this product for my parents, but I want to know if it's difficult to install for older people？**
A: Of course not! We have upgraded the strength of the bracket for the benefit of older users, and there is no need to install additional solar panels, so the experience is perfect with minimal steps!

**Q: How long is the war-ranty on the camera and can it be replaced or repaired if something goes wrong?**
A: All COOAU products only need to activate the war-ranty card inside the package to extend the war-ranty to 2 years, depending on the actual product condition for repair/replacement.

**Q: I only have a 5 GHz network at home. Will the camera be able to connect to my Wi-Fi?**
A: Sorry, we currently only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connections, not 5 GHz.

**Q: What should I do if the Wi-Fi signal near the camera becomes weak?**
A: Wi-Fi signals weaken as the distance between the camera and the router increases and as the number of walls between them grows. We recommend keeping the distance within 20 feet

**Q: Does the camera support recognizing humans and tracking them?**
A: C5 currently supports human recognition but does not support motion tracking. We will continue to improve and launch new tracking cameras.

I bought this camera without expecting too much and honestly it surprised me. The setup was very easy and I connected it to my phone pretty fast. The video quality looks really clear during the day, and the night vision is actually pretty good too. One thing I really like is the battery life, and the solar panel helps a lot so I don’t have to keep charging it all the time. The 360 movement is also useful because it covers a bigger area than normal cameras. The motion alerts come quickly and so far it’s been working great outside in both rain and hot weather. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

It’s not a five star camera. But for the price it’s a great deal. It’s has a fairly decent picture. It is pure wireless. Customer service is good. The negative thing about this camera is it is not reliable for recording. It might be better for shorter distances from how I’m using it.But not sure. For monitoring it’s fine. I have other wired cameras that never miss a detection. This camera has a mind of its own. Sometimes it records sometimes it doesn’t. Camera is not reliable for security purposes. Camera does not work well in the rain as far as water on the lens compared to my other cameras. Price is right. It’s worth it. WiFi connection =4/5 Picture = 4/5 Solar Battery = 5/5 Easy setup = 5/5 Recording reliability = 2/5 App = 5/5 Customer service = 4/5
