Ingredients 10% Nano Hydroxyapatite, Xylitol, Peppermint, Stevia, Calcium Carbonate, SMC Taurate, CMC, Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Menthol, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Purified Water Directions Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto the toothbrush. Brush teeth in circular motions for 2 minutes, focusing on all surfaces. Rinse with water. Safety Warning For external use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a dentist if irritation occurs.

Good. Got rid of sensitivity (I've tried many that didn't work) and it's a good thick consistency unlike gutology. Has the recommended 10% HA unlike most. Have repurchased. Not overly pricey for what it is. My teeth are also whiter as the dentin is more buried which was previously making them look yellow from previous erosion and overbrushing
