Very sturdily built and it feels high quality. I'm using it as a coffee bar and it's the perfect height for working at. The only thing I'll note is that it does have a chemical smell that is still lingering 2 weeks after setting it up, but I'm sure it will fade eventually. Also it depends on your space but you might want to also buy a cheap light to put underneath the shelf, as I found it was too dark to work.
