Always skeptical and take note of the negative reviews but Im pleased with this purchase so far after a few uses. The postives: 3 speed settings, The steady heating feature (others have reported they barely feel it, but its definitely noticable), Shuts off after 15min, You can manually apply deeper pressure by pulling on the arm rests, The massager is effective as my neck felt less tight after a 15min session and my neck wasnt as sore afterwards, Its reasonably priced. The negatives: The power socket connector comes loose from the wire connector to the massager. That's why I only gave 4 stats. It maybe a safety feature but it is rather an annoyance when it comes loose several times in a session.
