A: Pork roll in and of itself is gluten free

**Q: Can this be shipped unrefrigerated?**
A: It can ship unrefrigerated during a very cold ambient temperature; however, we recommend that it's shipped frozen along with a frozen gel pack.

**Q: Do you deliver to Minnesota**
A: I have ordered pork roll from the company in NJ and had it shipped to Calif and Colorado so I am guessing they ship it to Minnesota also

**Q: Can this item be shipped to hawaii ?**
A: Absolutely, we ship to HI all the time.  It goes 2-day air, frozen and packed with a gel pack and everything is usually thawed by the time it reaches you but remember that it was cold for 80 or 90% of the transit time.  Pork roll is a precooked item and vacuum sealed so it will be perfectly fine as long as it is received in time.
