This DVD is perfect. The walking routines are easy to follow and fun. The pace is just right for a beginner level. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed or discouraged. Chris Freytag is a great instructor. She is upbeat and her cuing is spot on. The Accelerated and Body Shaping workouts come from the Walk Yourself Fit DVD. The Walking Workout comes from the Get Moving DVD. All 3 walking workouts use the same warmup and cool down, making each workout 23-25 minutes long. A play all function lets you create 1 long workout also. The intensity started out light and got heavier during the workout but I felt that this particular workout did not get my heart rate up as much as other walking workouts I've done. It's too bad. I've really enjoyed the other Prevention dvd's that I've purchased but this one?
