First of all it wasn't easy for find a height appropriate walker as my mother is only 5' and most walkers are too high for her putting extra strain on her wrists and back. This was the only one I found that could be adjusted to a comfortable height for her which made a huge difference in standing and walking. A couple of other features that stood out from the usual lightweight aluminum walkers. The walker can be folded up by squeezing the levers under the handle like using bike brakes, which is much, much easier than pushing down the little metal balls used by other walkers, especially for senior without a lot of hand strength. The handles are made of non slip rubber, which feels much more comfortable than the usual hard plastic. This walker just looks and feels very high quality, and these thoughtful design touches makes it so easy to use.
