If you have to wash new towels more than 2-3 times to stop the excessive shedding, it’s the towels poor quality, not the your washer/dryer. I’m now out $200 (hand and bath towels) with these. I’ve used cold water, warm water with a little distilled vinegar, nothing is working and I can’t return them.

Still excessive shedding after 8 wash cycles!!! If you have to wash new towels more than 2-3 times to stop the excessive shedding, it’s the towels poor quality, not the your washer/dryer.
