The foam is dense, supportive, and comfortable. Nice when on knees or lying on back. I personally prefer my traditional 5/8 in thick yoga mat for standing stretches. But I am glad I have both. The quality impresses me. Stitching seems durable. Excellent value for the price! Very satisfied. Convenient to store: folds flat or stands up on end when folded.
