They are too big and too hard to take sublingually so I end up chewing them. As they are sweet, and actually quite pleasant tasting, they make my mouth water. It is almost impossible to keep them in my mouth long enough for the NADH to be absorbed. They are also making my mouth sore due to their size and consistency.
