Please clarify.** A: Well there is a problem with the page for this. It's supposed to be for 2 46oz. bottles but it was coded wrong. I asked a very friendly customer service person and she told me how to get the 2 for one price. Hopefully this works for you because I love this nectar and love to tell others about it. **Q: agave for margaritas?** A: Yes this Agave syrup can replace the SWEETENER used in most Margarita recipes. In my opinion it is a better and more authentic replacement for simple syrup in any Tequila based cocktail recipe. However you should probably dilute it with water approximately 1:1, so that the sweetener quantity called for in most recipes will match (because this Agave syrup is very sweet). I have tried alternative sweetners, but they have ALL changed the taste of my coffee. Most changed the flavor to the point I threw away the coffee. The light is good but the dark is better. Also, because I'm diabetic, using this liquid I use a considerable less amount of this sweetener (one level spoon) than I did sugar (one heaping spoon).Insofaras light -v- dark, it is just my preference to go dark. The TWO pack of 23 oz bottles for just $20 USD? This is an unbelievably good deal. In the stores, the small 8oz bottle is often $9~$12 USD. Taste wise, it's delicious. Nice consistency.
