I appreciate how small and compact it is, making it easy to take with me wherever I go. It delivers a deep, targeted massage and does a great job pinpointing tight or sore areas. I occasionally use it with the removable flap, which provides a softer, more comfortable massage. I love the heat feature which adds extra relief for tight and painful muscles. With different positioning, it can be used on the back, legs, arms, and glutes, making it very versatile. My only drawback is that it doesn’t work well on my neck. The roller balls are spaced too far apart and don’t make contact with my neck. Interestingly, my son has no issue with this and absolutely loves the overall massage, including the neck massage feature. I’m 5’5” and 120 lbs, so it may simply be that my neck is too small for this particular design.
