I had a total knee replacement in July 2018. The hoses they give you are horrible and I e scoured the internet and finally found these. Just got them today and have them on right now. They were easy to put on but at the top is uncomfortable. I folded the cuff down but that isn't doing much good. It is tight but maybe I just need to get used to it.
