I don't leave reviews very often and am skeptical when one is left when they simply have not had the product very long to see how it works over a longer period of time. I purchased this unit in December and have been using it for 3 months.I turned 50 this year and have been using a powder foundation, but needed to start using something else just to cover up some of the imperfections in my skin that come with aging. I hate using a liquid foundation as they feel so heavy and thick and seem to really settle in the creases.I have been very pleased with this unit. It is easy to use and clean. I do use the Photofinish primer before I apply the makeup.The foundation is not heavy, covers well, and is inexpensive compared with other brands. The key is to really find the combination of colors to match your skin tone. I did try another brand of foundation that was more expensive and didn't like it nearly as well. It was thicker and felt heavier on my skin and I seemed to use about twice as much (probably because it was thicker).I clean the unit after every use with Createx air brush cleaner. It seems to work really well and I've had no problems with the unit. It only adds a couple of extra minutes to clean it. Createx is cheaper than the PhotoFinish brand. I anticipate that the 4 ounce bottle will last me 4 - 5 months. ### ⭐ Probably the worst I've used *by B***S on April 29, 2017* I purchased based on high star reviews. I've been using airbrush makeup for years and decided to try this brand. Probably the worst I've used. Do not waste your $. Even with using primer, this is super drying and makes your face feel tight. It also peels away really easily, especially around eye area and nose (anywhere you have creases), as if cracking. It makes fine lines look worse, since it's so drying. I tried it three times and before I was out the door had to wash my face and start over with my old, reliable brand. Maybe is you have flawless, oily skin this might work - but for everyone else - I'd use another product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service!! *by N***I on July 3, 2015* I bought my kit about two months ago. I had never used airbrush before...but the reviews were great on this one. I was still getting used to using it when my gun broke. I went back to using regular makeup and started breaking out again. I decided to contact the seller and ask if they could replace it even though it had been a while. They told me how to try to fix it...but that didn't work. So...no more questions asked...they're sending me a new gun the same day!! The makeup is good! I don't have anything to compare it to really....but my skin looks good after I use it and its less oily later in the day. I can throw some on before running out to the store...super quick and looks pretty natural. One suggestion...if you use a sunscreen/moisturizer...make sure you give it time to soak in before applying the makeup.
