I am average to small in size. I still seek a sunshield that covers both face and throat areas with one light layer of fabric sun protection better than a piece of flour sack cloth can do, which is what I am still using draped over my face when working in the sun ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits well and seams are still good *by B***1 on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2019* Fits well and it is breathable, used them indoor and outdoor and it did it's job.
