Not too bulky, but will fit your necessities. I’ve had them on for about two years now and they still look good. I’ve been caught in the rain several times and I haven’t really noticed any water damage or wear from it. Not sure how long they’ll last, but so far I’ve got my moneys worth the last two years!

**Q: Does this fit on a Harley sportster 1200?**
A: It will, they are adjustable, but for a Harley I’d recommend a nicer set!

**Q: Does this fit a 2021 Indian scout bobber?**
A: It takes some work but you can put the straps between the subframe and fender. Just loosen a couple bolts and thread the straps. It works. I probably have 5000 miles on mine.

**Q: Does this come with 1 or 2 bags?**
A: 2 bags

**Q: How to make sure they don't swirl around by the wind when I am riding the bike?**
A: Our parcel will be equipped with a strap that you can attach to your motorcycle.
