Made from a hyper-evaporative material that retains water while remaining dry to the touch, The Original Chilly Pad is an innovative way to cool down while enduring outdoor heat and/or high levels of physical activity. Review: These are amazing. They keep you cook for hours - I remember a friend who was wheelchair-bound recommended these to me. The first ones I bought were like shammy leathers - hard when dry but put them under the tap and they go soft AND HOLD THE WATER IN for maybe a couple of hours. Put round your neck and it is like having a cold towel that does not dry in the heat cooling you down. Tried to buy more recently and they seem not to sell them I think because they were made from something not so good like PVA. Tried the microfibre cooling towels but in comparison these were no good. Then I found this online and yes - back to that shammy-leathery stuff that really works. Can't recommend enough for a hot day.

A: The towel is 33 inches X 19 inches.

**Q: Can these be cut with no problems?**
A: Yes, will not fray when cut.  I cut mine into two and share with my son.

**Q: Does it come with both the pad and the case? Or just the pad?**
A: It does come with both the case and the towel (pad).

**Q: how do you store this towel?  it dries stiff.  Will it dry if folded up?**
A: Joe, I fold it and put it into a storage bag, fill with quite a bit of water and keep it in the frig.  Otherwise, yes they dry stiff, but it's easier to put it into a baggie and then it doesn't get stiff.  I also cut mine in two so it's not so bulky.  Hope this can solve your problem.
