Any suggestions?** A: I only had this issue one time. I made sure to portion it in the middle the next time & I always flip the tofu when I drain & do the second press. Not me, I took a chance on it when there were no reviews. It arrived alarmingly fast, less than two days! Works very well, seems sturdy. I was able to press two slabs of tofu at once. Drain, turn the screw a bit more... did this several times and had two slabs of super firm tofu. Also doubles as a marinade tray. It comes with cheese cloth, but no real instructions on why, other than suggesting making your own cheese. I was able to put enough pressure on the tofu I admit I wondered whether it would blow apart, but the clamps are very sturdy and held without issue.
