Your results may vary on this but the nutrition facts and ingredients didn’t set off any very major alarm bells vs other prepackaged noodles, other than sodium, when I showed them to an AI and asked it to be critical. Should you eat this every day? Probably not but that goes for a lot of foods. In moderation it’s great. I think the value and portion size are good, probably too good. That is, I’ve had 1/2 a serving as a side dish and it was just right. A whole portion might feel like a carb bomb. The texture is decent; don’t expect some fancy restaurant quality but I’ve had worse at mid-price restaurants. I’d recommend this.

When prepared per the instructions, the noodles had a good but pretty weak flavor (which is why I took off one star). I added some MSG (Accent) and nutritional yeast flakes (often used as a cheese analog in vegan cooking, but I have it because it’s great on popcorn) and they were awesome after that. I will definitely be buy these again.
