The 9 wide were too loose heal kept slipping and shoe was too long! So decided to try the 8.5 regular, which I never wear! These were the perfect size in this shoe. No slipping wiggle room in the toe also, and didn't look like boats on my feet. It's hard now a days to find the right size in any shoe. It's like trial and error, as the company's have changed their sizing! Happy I went with the 8.5 regular as they are really comfortable, and these shoes are super light weight, also washable.
