They are money grubbers. But, if you want a break from eggs and bacon, this is it. One serving is only 1/3 cup. Small, but it takes a while to chew each bite, so it is filling. It tastes great and I've ordered another one for my trip where I won't have many keto options. **Q: Im not seeing a list of ingredients** A: It is on the back. There is multiple photos & one shows the ingredients. **Q: Is it crunchy?** A: More chewy than crunchy. **Q: Is this granola low fodmap?** A: First of all, I had to Google fodmap! The package says it’s gluten and grain free with no added sugar.
