I have sensitive skin and often get breakouts especially just before my period. I really like the Mugwort Cream version of this and it was always so helpful o keeping my skin calm so I was expecting the same outcome for this toner. This toner is overall nice and moisturizing but I'm giving it 4 stars because at least for me it wasn't as effective as the cream itself.
